In the year 2000, Dr John Tomlinson, Senior Lecturer in the School of Humanities
and Human Services at Queensland University of Technology (QUT Carseldine) first
published his ‘E-Book’ titled Income Insecurity: The
Basic Income Alternative on the UBINZ Universal Basic Income New
Zealand web-page.
